Report or block a member

Use Report Profile, the safety menu in a conversation, Report Event or Report This Content. Reports are confidential and enter the moderation queue. Blocking removes that member from Discovery, Connections and Messages; the blocked member is not notified.

Delete your account

1. Open your Tall Talk profile.
2. Open Account & Privacy.
3. Choose Delete Account and confirm.

If you cannot access the app, email support from the address connected to your Apple sign-in. We will verify the request before deletion. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

Manage a subscription

Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, then Tall Talk. Apple handles billing, cancellation and refund decisions. You can also use Restore Purchases inside the Tall Talk Premium screen.

Camera and height verification

Use a supported iPhone in a well-lit space, keep the full body in frame, scan a clear floor and place the phone on a stable surface. Camera and depth analysis happens on the device. If a completed measurement is below the membership threshold, you may retry or request a private review from your profile.

A review requires a clear explanation and two or three recent full-body photos. Submit them only through the protected in-app review screen—never by ordinary email. They are visible only to assigned reviewers and are permanently deleted when a final decision is recorded.

Privacy requests

Email support with the subject “Tall Talk Privacy” to request access, correction or deletion assistance. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Immediate safety

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Tall Talk is not an emergency service.
