Who provides Tall Talk and agreement
Tall Talk is operated by Eray Dinç, trading as Tall Talk, in Türkiye (“Tall Talk”, “we”, “us”). These Terms form an agreement between you and Tall Talk. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, including the community-conduct rules below, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Tall Talk.
The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the iOS app. If these Terms conflict with rights that cannot legally be excluded, those mandatory rights prevail.
Who may use the service
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this agreement and not prohibited from using the service under applicable law. Tall Talk is designed as an adult social and dating community. You may maintain only one personal account unless we authorize another account in writing.
Tall Member eligibility uses the threshold displayed in the app for the identity category selected by the member. People who do not meet that threshold may participate as Community Members with the access and purchase options shown in the app. Eligibility for a membership label does not guarantee access to every feature.
Your account and information
You must provide current, truthful information, including your age, identity, height, photos and location selections. Do not impersonate another person, create a misleading profile, evade a suspension, share an account or manipulate a measurement or review. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Apple or email account secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Height measurement and eligibility
Height can be self-reported, estimated or measured using supported camera and device technology. Results may be affected by the device, lighting, floor geometry, footwear, posture, framing, movement and environmental conditions. A result is for Tall Talk membership only; it is not a medical, legal, athletic, construction or other professional measurement.
A camera result at or above the applicable threshold can establish Tall Member eligibility. A member who receives a below-threshold camera result may submit a review with an explanation and recent full-body evidence. Manual approval establishes eligibility only; it does not certify an exact centimetre height. We may reject insufficient, altered, misleading or unverifiable evidence and may withdraw an eligibility label if fraud, error or new reliable information is identified.
Private height-review evidence
Height-review photos are voluntarily submitted for a limited, confidential review. They are not profile photos, are never shown to other members and are excluded from any promotional-content license. Access is limited to the Tall Talk owner and specifically assigned reviewers. The evidence files are permanently deleted when a final decision is recorded; a limited decision record, including the outcome and reviewer note, may remain for account history, dispute handling, security and fraud prevention as described in the Privacy Policy.
Review decisions use reasonable human judgment and the material available at the time. A rejection reason is shown to the member. You may contact support if you believe a decision or enforcement action was mistaken.
Community conduct
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, discriminate against, deceive or impersonate others. Do not submit illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, non-consensual, infringing, fraudulent or dangerously misleading content. Do not scrape profiles, spam members, solicit passwords or payment details, distribute malware, interfere with security, reverse engineer except where law permits, sell access, promote commercial services without permission or use Tall Talk to facilitate unlawful activity.
Your content and license
You keep ownership of content you submit and confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit it. You give Tall Talk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, format, transmit and display ordinary profile, message and community content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, moderate and improve the service. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies retained where legally required, needed for safety or dispute records, or already shared with another member who has not deleted it.
Private height-review evidence is governed only by Section 05 and is not licensed for advertising or promotion. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use private messages or review evidence in marketing without a separate, specific permission.
Discovery, connections and messages
Tall Talk helps people discover and communicate with one another, but we do not conduct a comprehensive identity, criminal-record or background check and do not guarantee a member’s identity, statements, intentions, compatibility, conduct or availability. Verification and membership labels are limited signals, not safety guarantees or endorsements. You decide whether and how to interact and should protect personal information, remain alert to scams and use public places for first meetings.
Events and third parties
Member-created events are organized by their hosts, not by Tall Talk, unless the app expressly identifies Tall Talk as the organizer. Hosts are responsible for lawful and accurate details, permissions, venue rules, safety, cancellation and any obligations they assume. Tall Talk does not guarantee attendance, quality or safety. Third-party links, venues, merchants and services have their own terms and are used at your discretion.
Premium subscriptions
Premium features, limits, billing period and the localized price are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until cancelled through Apple. Deleting the app or your Tall Talk account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription; use the App Store subscription-management tools. Restore Purchases checks for an existing entitlement and does not create a new subscription.
Apple processes charges, renewals and refund requests under Apple’s rules and applicable consumer law. We may change future prices or features using Apple’s required notice and consent mechanisms. A paid subscription does not override safety rules, Tall Member eligibility or an account restriction.
Reports, moderation and appeals
You can report content and block members in the app. We may use human review, technical signals and automated tools to detect or investigate suspected violations. We may remove content, reduce visibility, limit features, refuse a height review, preserve relevant records, suspend or terminate accounts, or notify authorities where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or protection of rights.
We do not promise to monitor every interaction. Decisions are made using the information reasonably available and may be corrected. If an action affects your content or account, you may request review through the in-app route when available or by emailing support with enough detail to identify the decision. Complaints are handled without charge and in a timely, non-discriminatory manner, subject to abuse-prevention limits.
Service changes and availability
We may test, update, replace, limit or discontinue features and may perform maintenance or respond to security incidents. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or universally available service. When a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will provide any notice or remedy required by Apple and applicable law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tall Talk is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties that may lawfully be excluded. Tall Talk is not responsible for member conduct, off-platform meetings, host-run events, third-party services, inaccurate user statements or losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tall Talk is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss. Our total liability for direct claims arising from the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Tall Talk through Apple during the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, data-protection obligations, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be limited.
Responsibility for violations
You are responsible for losses reasonably caused by your unlawful content, fraud, deliberate security interference or material breach of these Terms. Any duty to compensate Tall Talk applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not reduce non-waivable consumer rights.
Ending access
You may stop using Tall Talk or delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations, fraud, safety risk, legal requirements or serious operational harm. Where appropriate, we will explain the basis and offer a review route. Sections concerning content rights already granted, safety records, payment obligations, liability, disputes and provisions that by nature should survive will continue after termination.
Law, disputes and general terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, but this choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections or the right to bring a claim in the courts or authorities available under the law of your habitual residence. Before formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Nothing requires arbitration or waives a lawful right to collective or regulatory remedies.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited only as much as necessary and the remainder will continue. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account; we may transfer this agreement as part of a lawful business reorganization while preserving applicable rights. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and applicable Apple terms form the agreement governing the service.
Apple and contact
This agreement is between you and Tall Talk, not Apple. Tall Talk is responsible for the app, maintenance, support and legally required product claims. Apple has no obligation to provide support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce the Apple-related provisions. You must comply with applicable third-party terms and export restrictions when using the app.
Questions, complaints, legal notices and review requests can be sent to support@talltalkapp.com. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or height-review photos by ordinary email.
